YEG Summer Camp West at 9333 – 199 Street
We are excited to launch our second camp location, located just off the Henday and north of 87th Avenue (inside West Meadows Baptist Church). This is a super-convenient location for families living in west Edmonton and provides kids with access to amazing indoor and outdoor space, where adventures await!
You can sign up by the week, the month or for the whole summer. Our camps run from 9am until 4:30pm. We also provide early dropoff starting at 7:30am and after camp care until 5pm, at no extra charge!
During Week 1 (July 2-5), we are partnering with West Meadows Baptist Church. They are running their “Adventure Trails” Vacation Bible School from 9am until Noon. From Noon until 5pm, YEG Summer Camp will run. (YEG Summer Camp is closed in the mornings of Week 1). Kids who are registered for Week 1 can attend in the morning only, the afternoon only, or all day for the discounted weekly rate of $175.

Payment Terms
A deposit of $250 per child is due upon registration. The deposit is applied towards your camp fees. The deposit is refundable (less a $25 administrative fee) if you cancel your summer camp registration (for either July or August) by June 1, 2024. Full camp fees are due by June 1, 2024.

Late payment charge (fees received after June 1, 2024) is $25. Non-payment of full fees by June 1 may result in your child’s spot being forfeited.
Cancellation/Credit/Exchange Policy
If your circumstances change due to a change of vacation plans, moving, finding another camp, or any other reason, please let us know. You may request a credit/exchange to be used for another week of 2024 camp, subject to availability and a $25 change fee. Refunds are not available for changes requested after June 1st.
