We are excited to be back at this location for the 2026 season! Located at 9333 199th Street NW, we will be enjoying indoor activities in the spacious West Meadows Baptist Church, and the ample natural outdoor space for more outdoor summer adventures!

*We offer optional weekly on‑ and off‑site field trips. They usually range from $15–$35 and are not part of the camp fee. Families can sign up for these beginning on or before April 1, 2026.
Payment Terms
A deposit of $260 per child is due upon registration. The deposit is applied towards your camp fees. The deposit is refundable (less a $75 administrative fee) if you cancel your summer camp registration (for either July or August) by May 31, 2026. Full camp fees are due by May 31, 2026.
Late payment charge (fees received after May 31, 2026) is $25. Non-payment of full fees by May 31, 2026 may result in your child’s spot being forfeited.
Cancellation/Credit/Exchange Policy
If your circumstances change due to a change of vacation plans, moving, finding another camp, or any other reason, please let us know by email at info@yegsummercamp.ca. You may request a credit/exchange to be used toward another week of 2026 camp, subject to availability and a $25 change fee. Refunds are not available for changes requested after May 31, 2026.
