Payment Terms
A deposit of $260 per child is due upon registration. The deposit is applied towards your camp fees. The deposit is refundable (less a $75 administrative fee) if you cancel your summer camp registration (for either July or August) by May 31, 2026. Full camp fees are due by May 31, 2026.
Late payment charge (fees received after May 31, 2026) is $25. Non-payment of full fees by May 30 may result in your child’s spot being forfeited.

*We offer optional weekly on‑ and off‑site field trips. They usually range from $15–$35 and are not part of the camp fee. Families can sign up for these beginning on or before April 1, 2026.
Cancellation/Credit/Exchange Policy
If your circumstances change due to a change of vacation plans, moving, finding another camp, or any other reason, please let us know. You may request a credit/exchange to be used for another week of 2025 camp, subject to availability and a $25 change fee. Refunds are not available for changes requested after May 31, 2026.
